🔁 Return & Refund Policy – Purilo Store

At Purilo Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • The item arrived defective or non-functional

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • An item is missing from the package

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • You entered an incorrect shipping address

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • The product was misused or mishandled

  • Damage was caused by the customer


📅 Return Timeframe:

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or report an issue.


📩 How to Request a Return:

Please email us at purilo.contact@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or a video showing the defect

We will forward your request to our supplier for validation.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the error is ours (e.g., defective or wrong item).


💸 Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee


⚠️ Electronic Products (e.g., humidifiers):

  • Please ensure the product has been used according to the instructions

  • Damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance is not covered


🔄 Exchanges:

We do not offer standard exchanges.
If your item is defective, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement
    OR

  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference


❗ Unauthorized Returns:

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Always contact us before returning any item.


❌ Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale (on promotion or clearance) are not eligible for return or refund.
